It seems everyone can buy glowing keychains and watches in UK. But you can not buy one in USA, because they are prohibited. And some companies are selling imported Tritium glowing watches in Japan, too.
英国だとこの、'原子力発光キーチェーン'とか時計を、誰でも買えるみたい。しかし、米国では禁止されているので買えないです。日本でも、この3重水素の力で光る腕時計は、輸入品の通販で売っているみたいです。

In the UK shopping site, they say about glowing keychain, "Please note that the glow cannot be seen in broad daylight & are not guarenteed from heavy shocks or heavy use which may break the inner compartment - they are not indestructable."
イギリスの通販サイトでは、この放射性物質トリチウム入りの光るキーチェーンに関して、、"昼間は光りません。あと、強い衝撃を与えたり、ラフな取り扱いは避けてください。壊れて内部の物質が飛び散ることがあります。どんな衝撃にも耐えうる商品ではありません。"とありました。

I hope who bought radioactive cell phone straps(must be this glowing keychains) in Japan don't give too much shocks and break glass.
日本で、例の放射性物質を使った携帯ストラップを買った人(明らかにこのキーチェーンが元だと思うので)が、強い衝撃を与えてガラスを壊したりしないことを祈ります。
