感想: I hate SPAM. But things seems more serious in this news.
迷惑メールは嫌いだ。でも、この記事の話はもっと深刻みたいだ。

A new form of bullying is rapidly spreading among middle and high school students in which bullies hide their identities by sending hate e-mail using the return e-mail addresses and names of other students whom the targets know.
Some receivers--upset because they mistakenly believed a bullying e-mail had been sent by the actual holder of a faked return address--became truant from school.

私の試訳:
新しいタイプの、メールによるいじめが増え、中高生の間に急激に広まっているという。それは、送りつけられたメールの送り主として、いじめられる者が知っている生徒の名前とメールアドレスが詐称されているが、実際に送った者(いじめる側)は匿名のままである嫌がらせメールだ。
場合によっては受信者は、狼狽してしまう。なぜなら人によっては、詐称されている名前とメールアドレスを信じてしまい、いじめメールがその生徒から本当に送られてきたと思ってしまうからだ。そして、不登校になったりしてしまうのだという。

感想(続き):
I get many SPAM emails every day to my PC email addresses. Some SPAM emails are Japanese and others are almost written in English. Sender is sometimes my email address. And one day, it seems 'I' sent hundreds of Viagra emails to abroad. (I received hundreds of error emails returned to my address.)
毎日毎日、迷惑メールがPCのメール宛にたくさん届く。日本語のもあるけど、ほとんどは英語のものだ。送り主は、時々自分のアドレスだったりもする。ある日、'私'が送った「バイアグラ」の宣伝が何百通も来た。(エラーメールってことで戻って来たという形だ)

I checked them and of course those emails were sent by someone else living in another country. They just used my address as 'return e-mail address'.
調べてみたら、もちろん海外の誰かから送られたものだった。私のメールアドレスを'リタンアドレス'と書いて送ったのだ。

Damn SPAMMER! But in my case, at least I can easily find out the truth. Because I can check details of email.
おにょれ、スパマーめ！ しかしこのような場合は、簡単に事実がわかる。メールの詳細を調べられるからだ。

Big difference of PC email and cell phone email(in most of current systems in Japan) is that you can't get sender details of cell phone email so easily. And you might believe 1 email from your 'friend'. (You never believe hundreds of Viagra emails.)
PCのメールと携帯メール(現在のシステムだと)の大きな違いとして、携帯メールでは送り主の詳細な情報が簡単には分からないことがあると思う。それに、1通だけの'友達'から来たはずのメールなら信じてしまうこともあるのではないだろうか。(何百通ものバイアグラ宣伝メールがいきなり来た場合に、それを信じる人はいないだろうけど。)
